I've always been interested in the range of the domestically produced Tesla Model 3. The standard version has a range of about 450 kilometers under the CLTC standard, while the long-range version can reach over 600 kilometers. In actual driving, I've found that city commuting can get close to 400 kilometers, but highway trips drop to around 350 kilometers. There are quite a few influencing factors, such as using the heater in cold weather, which drains the battery faster. Driving habits also matter: gentle acceleration and deceleration can save a lot of energy. If you frequently take long trips, I'd recommend the long-range version for its faster and more convenient charging. Overall, this car features advanced technology and high battery efficiency, making it worth looking into the details.

Our family just bought the Long Range version of the domestic Model 3. The official range is over 600 kilometers, and in daily commuting, it can easily achieve over 500 kilometers. It's perfectly adequate for taking kids to school and weekend trips to the suburbs. In hot summer weather with the air conditioning on, the range might drop by 10-20%, but there are plenty of charging stations in the city, so no need to worry. Compared to gasoline cars, this model saves a lot of money. If the budget is tight, the Standard version with 450 kilometers of range is also sufficient for daily use. I think it's very practical, especially for family users.

I think the domestic Model 3 Standard Range with a CLTC rating of 450 km is quite decent. In real-world city driving, it typically achieves 380 to 400 km, and around 350 km on highways. The driving mode has a significant impact; using the energy-saving mode can save about 20% on electricity. Temperature is also a factor—battery performance drops in winter, but reducing AC usage can improve range. Overall, it offers great value for money, making it a worthwhile choice for commuters.

As an electric vehicle enthusiast, I've compared the domestic Model 3 with other models. In terms of range, the standard version offers about 450 km CLTC, while the long-range version provides 605 km. Real-world city driving yields around 400 km. It's slightly weaker than the BYD Han's standard version with 500 km range, but the Model 3 charges faster and has a denser charging network, making it more practical. If you prioritize cost savings and convenience, this model is definitely sufficient for daily commuting.

I commute dozens of kilometers to work every day, and the domestic Model 3 Standard Range version with CLTC 450 km can actually drive over 400 km, which is enough to meet my weekly needs. In winter, when using the heater, the range drops to around 350 km, but it's not a big issue. I recommend choosing the Standard version if you have a limited budget. For occasional long trips, using the energy-saving mode and maintaining steady driving will prevent the range from dropping too much.

What is the placement distance for the triangular warning sign?

According to regulations: On regular roads, in the event of a vehicle breakdown or traffic accident, the triangular warning sign should be placed 50 to 100 meters behind the vehicle. On highways, the warning sign must be placed at least 150 meters behind the vehicle, and this distance should be increased to 200 meters during rainy or foggy weather. Below is an introduction to the placement of the triangular warning sign: 1. In case of an accident on a curve, the triangular warning sign should be placed at the entrance of the curve; 2. If a vehicle breaks down on a slope and cannot be moved, the warning sign should be placed at the top or bottom of the slope.

What Does the Oil Number Represent?

Oil numbers represent the viscosity and quality of the oil. The viscosity is often indicated by SAE grades, where SAE stands for the Society of Automotive Engineers. The 'W' denotes 'winter,' and a smaller number before the W indicates better low-temperature fluidity of the oil, meaning it can be used in lower environmental temperatures and offers better engine protection during cold starts. The number after the W represents the oil's high-temperature resistance; a higher number indicates better protective performance under high temperatures. The primary functions of engine oil are to reduce friction and wear between moving parts, remove sludge and varnish from the engine, neutralize acids produced by fuel and lubricant oxidation, improve piston ring sealing, and cool the engine by carrying away heat from moving parts.

What is the mandatory scrapping age for small cars?

Small cars are mandatorily scrapped after reaching 600,000 kilometers. Additionally, vehicles that fail safety inspections or do not meet environmental standards during an inspection cycle will also be mandatorily scrapped. Private cars registered for over 15 years require two annual inspections per year, while those over 20 years old must undergo four annual inspections starting from the 21st year. Strict regulations are imposed on older vehicles during inspections. For private cars undergoing power tests, the chassis output power must not be less than 60% of the engine's rated power or 65% of the maximum net power. These measures aim to phase out older vehicles and strictly enforce environmental standards.
