BYD Han high-end professional version has a NEDC range of 550 kilometers, while actual tests achieved 599 kilometers. BYD summer range: When driving in the city using ECO mode with gentle driving, the summer range is around 510-520km with normal air conditioning and music usage. BYD Han winter range: Winter range suffers the most significant reduction. With pre-heating of the cabin and seat heaters activated, the winter range is approximately 420-440km. Also using ECO mode, maintaining speed on highways: at 100km/h the range can reach 480-500km; at 110km/h it's about 450-465km; and at 120km/h, the range drops to around 420-430km.
I've been driving the BYD Han EV for over a year now, and its range is truly impressive. The official CLTC range is around 650 kilometers, and I can easily achieve over 600 kilometers in city driving, making weekend short trips completely stress-free. The charging speed is incredibly fast—just half an hour at a fast-charging station can take it from 30% to 80%, which is even more convenient than traditional refueling. In terms of driving experience, the acceleration is smooth, and the interior is spacious, making family outings particularly comfortable. BYD's Blade Battery technology enhances range stability, and compared to other brands like the Tesla Model 3 Long Range, this model offers better value for money. For daily commuting, I only need to charge once a week, saving on electricity costs and being environmentally friendly. I recommend checking the battery health when purchasing and maintaining it regularly to keep the high range performance.
