After all negotiations are finalized, sign the contract with the 4S dealership. Generally, the 4S dealership will not allow same-day pickup unless you have connections or they are in urgent need to meet sales targets. Once the vehicle arrives at the dealership, the salesperson will contact the owner to arrange pickup. A new car will come with a PDI inspection checklist, which should be reviewed item by item. To legally drive the vehicle on the road, you must pay the purchase tax, vehicle and vessel tax, and arrange for car insurance. Only after completing these steps can you proceed with license plate registration. Any additional accessories or gifts chosen during the purchase, such as window tinting or roof rack installation, are usually added after the vehicle inspection is completed.
