Online replacement of license plates requires an additional mailing fee. This function is only available for replacing license plates of vehicles registered under your name. The vehicle owner must be a real-name registered individual user on the internet to proceed. If you are replacing a damaged license plate, you do not need to provide the original damaged plate. However, if you are changing the license plate number, you must provide the damaged plate.
