To apply for ETC for corporate vehicles, you need to bring the original vehicle license, drive the application vehicle to the bank branch or ETC processing agency, fill out the Express Electronic Tag and Express Card application form, submit the original vehicle license and other supporting documents, then pay the fee and receive the invoice. After completion, install the Express Electronic Tag. The ETC installation process is as follows: Upon receiving the device, first check if the ETC card and electronic tag (OBU) are damaged. Press the anti-tamper button on the back of the OBU, and the red light will briefly turn on. The OLED screen will display "Tag Invalid" and "Please Insert Card," indicating the device is functioning normally. Clean the front windshield to ensure the glass surface is smooth, clean, and dry. Then peel off the protective film on the back of the OBU adhesive and stick it to the installation position. Press firmly with your hand for 2-3 minutes to remove any air bubbles. Insert the ETC card with the front facing the driver and the back facing the front windshield. The chip should be inserted into the OBU device.

Last time I helped our company vehicle apply for an ETC, the process was actually quite simple. First, we needed to prepare a copy of the business license with the company stamp, a copy of the vehicle registration certificate also stamped, and bring my original ID card. We went to the bank counter to handle it, where the staff asked us to fill out an enterprise ETC application form, mainly detailing the license plate number and company account information. After the counter reviewed the materials on the spot, we waited about twenty minutes to receive the device. Back at the company, I attached the small box to the inside of the front windshield, inserted the card, and activated it according to the instructions. Remember to confirm in advance that the vehicle hasn't applied for any other ETC, and keep the invoice properly for accounting purposes. Now when passing through highway toll stations, the barrier lifts directly, no more queuing for tickets.

The key to applying for a corporate ETC is preparing complete documentation. You must bring the original or a stamped copy of the company's business license, as well as the original and a copy of the vehicle registration certificate. If applying through an agent, a power of attorney from the legal representative is also required. I recommend choosing the company's frequently used bank for the application, as it makes it more convenient to link the corporate account. When filling out the application form at the bank, be sure to select the correct deduction method, such as a prepaid card or a postpaid card. The device installation is straightforward, but remember to place it near the rearview mirror on the windshield without obstructing the view. The entire process takes about half an hour, and toll invoices can be downloaded directly from the ETC platform afterward, eliminating the need to collect paper receipts.

Applying for ETC as a corporate entity involves slightly more procedures than for private vehicles, but it's not overly complicated. The core process consists of three steps: bring the company's stamped business license copy, the original vehicle registration certificate, and the handler's ID card to the bank; clearly fill in the corporate account information on the application form; test the device after installation. Many banks now support appointment-based applications, which can save queuing time. Linking to a corporate account is particularly practical as it enables automatic toll fee settlement at month-end. Note that each vehicle can only be linked to one ETC device. For any toll collection discrepancies, call the customer service hotline at 95022.
