Procedure after a rear-end collision: 1. Immediately call 110 to report the accident and obtain a traffic accident liability determination certificate (police proof); 2. Both parties notify their respective insurance companies; 3. Wait for the insurance company to send personnel to conduct an on-site inspection and fill out the on-site inspection record; 4. Prepare four sets of documents: valid vehicle license, original and copy of driver's license, ID card of the insured, and insurance policy (including commercial insurance and compulsory traffic insurance policy). Be sure to obtain a copy of the other party's compulsory traffic insurance policy and submit it to the professional insurance staff at the 4S shop; 5.
