What is the Principle of Electric Headlight Adjustment?

The working principle of electric headlight adjustment is: 1. By rotating the switch, the internal resistance of the switch changes, which inputs a control signal to the electric adjuster, causing changes in the internal circuit system of the adjuster. The internal circuit of the adjuster controls the DC motor inside to rotate forward or backward based on the preset rotation direction of the switch. 2. The high-speed rotation of the motor is converted into low-speed forward or backward linear motion through the internal gear transmission system and screw transmission system of the adjuster, enabling the electric adjuster to apply a pushing or pulling force to the headlight. 3. Consequently, the tilt angle of the low-beam lighting changes, thereby improving the illumination effect of the low beam.
