What is the penalty for a private car carrying 7 people?

If a private car carries 7 passengers, exceeding the limit by 2 people (40% overload rate), the driver will be penalized with 6 demerit points and a fine. For driving a commercial passenger vehicle (excluding city buses) or school bus that exceeds the approved passenger capacity by more than 20%, the driver's license will be deducted 12 points at once.
