Officially, there is no subject four. According to the "Regulations on the Application and Use of Motor Vehicle Driving Licenses," the road driving skills and safety civilization driving knowledge test of subject three requires a score of 90 points to pass. Each wrong answer deducts 2 points, and only 5 mistakes are allowed; more than that results in failure. The full score is 100 points. Questions 1-10 are true/false questions; questions 11-40 are single-choice questions; and questions 41-50 are multiple-choice questions. The test question types include image analysis, animation cases, and text descriptions. The scope of subject four test questions includes driving knowledge under adverse weather and complex road conditions; identification of common traffic signs, markings, and gestures; knowledge of traffic accident rescue and common hazardous material handling; comprehensive judgment of illegal behaviors and case analysis; knowledge of avoiding danger in emergency situations; safe driving knowledge; and driving ethics and civilized driving knowledge. According to the "Regulations on the Application and Use of Motor Vehicle Driving Licenses," there is no limit to the number of attempts for subject one and four. If the first test of the day is not passed, an on-site retake is allowed. If it still fails, a new appointment is required, and no retake fee is charged. However, it should be noted that the validity period of the driving skills test permit is three years. If the applicant does not complete the test within the validity period, the passed subject scores will be invalidated. Subject four, also known as the subject four theory test or driver theory test, is part of the motor vehicle driving license assessment. After the implementation of the Ministry of Public Security Order No. 123, subject three was divided into two parts: the road test and the safety civilization knowledge test, commonly known as "subject four," which evaluates "driving ethics." Subject four is the colloquial name for the safety civilization driving knowledge test of subject three, not a separate subject. Since this test is conducted after subject three, it is commonly referred to as the subject four test. In official terms, there is no subject four. The safety civilization driving knowledge test is conducted after subject three. Subject four test precautions: Test time: The test time is 30 minutes. If 12 points (6 questions) are wrong during the test, the test will be terminated. Question types: The question types include single-choice questions (including true/false questions) and multiple-choice questions. The first 45 questions are single-choice, and the last 5 are multiple-choice. The test questions include animation questions, image questions, scenario recognition questions, and text description questions. Retake precautions: If subject four is not passed, only subject four needs to be retaken. The driving school will schedule the retake, and there is no limit to the number of retakes. If it is not passed, retakes can continue indefinitely, and no retake fee is required for subject four. There are three subjects in the driving test: subject one, subject two, and subject three.
