Download and log in to the Traffic Management 12123 app. Click on Vehicle Services, then License Plate Replacement to enter the license plate replacement process, and fill in the relevant information as prompted. Once the new license plate or vehicle registration certificate is ready, it can be delivered to your address by mail. This function is only available for replacing license plates of vehicles registered under your name. If you are replacing a lost license plate, you do not need to provide the original damaged plate. However, if you are replacing a damaged plate, you must submit the damaged one.
