What is the oil filling standard for a hydraulic coupling?
1 Answers
The oil filling standard for a hydraulic coupling is 70% to 80%. For ordinary torque-limiting hydraulic couplings, the filling volume corresponding to the rated power is 80%. It should not be fully filled. When filling oil, tilt the oil filler port 45 degrees from the vertical direction, and stop filling when oil just starts to flow out. Typically, the oil filling range for YOX-type couplings is 40% to 80%. Precautions for using hydraulic couplings: 1. Avoid frequent and abrupt forward and reverse rotation. Theoretically, couplings can operate in both directions, but abrupt forward and reverse rotation can damage the coupling's connecting components due to excessive inertia. Therefore, strictly adhere to operating procedures and avoid frequent abrupt direction changes, especially when using couplings on tower cranes and bridge crane main units. 2. The rotation direction of the coupling's output shaft is the same as that of the motor shaft. During the first trial run, check whether the motor rotation direction meets the requirements.
