What is the normal pressure for the Envision's high-pressure fuel pump?

The normal fuel pressure for most gasoline vehicles is between 300-350 kPa. If the fuel pressure is too low, the fuel injector may spray weakly or not at all. If the pressure is too high, it may damage the fuel lines or the fuel injector. Working principle of the fuel pressure pump: The fuel pressure is regulated by the coordination of the spring and the vacuum in the chamber. When the fuel pressure exceeds the standard value, the high-pressure fuel moves the diaphragm upward, opening the ball valve and allowing excess fuel to return through the return line. When the pressure is below the standard value, the spring presses the diaphragm to close the ball valve, stopping the return flow. The pressure regulator's role is to maintain a constant pressure in the fuel line. Method for testing automotive fuel pressure: Turn the ignition switch on (without starting the engine) to activate the electric fuel pump. The fuel pressure at this time should meet technical specifications, generally fluctuating around 0.3 MPa.

I've been repairing the Envision for many years, and the normal values for the 2.0T engine's high-pressure fuel pump vary by model. For the older LTG engine, the rail pressure typically fluctuates between 150 and 200 bar during operation, and dropping to around 140 bar at idle is also normal. The newer LSY engine's high-pressure direct injection system operates at much higher pressures, with the high-pressure fuel rail reaching 2500-3500 psi (equivalent to 170-240 bar) during normal driving, sometimes even exceeding 4000 psi during hard acceleration. Actual values will be displayed on the diagnostic tool. If a fuel pressure fault code appears, a deviation of over 50 bar usually warrants a closer inspection of the fuel pump and pressure sensor. In hybrid mode, the pressure may differ, so connecting to a computer to view real-time data streams is the most accurate method.

What is Three Guarantees Claim?

Three Guarantees Claim includes whole vehicle three guarantees and wear parts three guarantees, calculated from the date the seller issues the invoice. In order to effectively carry out the after-sales three guarantees claim service and cost settlement management of the company's products, streamline the service cost settlement items and business processes, standardize the filling of quality record documents, and ensure the timeliness of three guarantees claim services and service cost fulfillment, this management method is specially formulated. The following is a related introduction to three guarantees claim: 1. Three Guarantees Claim: First, it is necessary to be familiar with the relevant claim policies of the OEM; secondly, it is necessary to understand the relevant national regulations, including the Consumer Rights Protection Law, Contract Law, Product Quality Law, Automobile Recall Management Regulations, and the possible future implementation of automobile three guarantees regulations. 2. Return Guarantee: Within the validity period of the whole vehicle three guarantees, if the same serious safety performance failure is repaired twice cumulatively and the failure is still not eliminated, or if the key assembly is replaced twice cumulatively due to quality issues and still cannot be used, the seller shall be responsible for returning the product to the consumer.

Why Can't the Steering Be Corrected?

There are many reasons for understeering, which can be roughly divided into: insufficient power steering fluid; damaged bearings in the steering gear or steering column; lack of lubrication or damage to the tie rod ball joint; insufficient front tire pressure; or the meshing clearance between the steering pinion and rack being too small. Below is more information about steering: 1. Power Steering: Depending on the source of the power assistance, power steering is further divided into hydraulic power steering and electric power steering. Electric power steering responds faster and is more advanced than hydraulic power steering. Nowadays, better cars are equipped with electric power steering. 2. Four-Wheel Steering: This involves all four wheels turning simultaneously but at different angles. At low speeds, the front and rear wheels turn in opposite directions to reduce the turning radius and improve turning responsiveness. At high speeds, the front and rear wheels turn in the same direction to enhance vehicle stability and smoothness during cornering.

Differences Between Driver and Passenger Insurance and Seat Insurance

Driver and passenger insurance and seat insurance differ in the following ways: 1. Nature of Coverage: Seat insurance is a liability insurance, which only provides compensation if the driver of the insured vehicle is at fault in an accident, resulting in personal injury to the passengers. If the other party is at fault, seat insurance does not provide compensation. Driver and passenger insurance, on the other hand, is an accident insurance that compensates all passengers in the vehicle regardless of who is at fault, without affecting the vehicle insurance compensation, serving as a supplementary insurance. 2. Method of Insurance: Seat insurance is "per seat," allowing the vehicle owner to freely choose which seats and how many seats to insure, but the number of insured seats cannot exceed the number of seats in the vehicle. Driver and passenger insurance can be divided into two methods: "per person" and "per vehicle." Per person insurance means the coverage follows the insured individual, regardless of whether they are driving or which vehicle they are in, while per vehicle insurance covers anyone driving or riding in the insured vehicle. 3. Compensation Ratio: Seat insurance compensates based on the proportion of liability, with 100% compensation for full liability, 70% for primary liability, 50% for secondary liability, 30% for equal liability, and no compensation if there is no liability. Driver and passenger insurance, however, compensates according to the agreed insurance amount in the policy, regardless of who is at fault in the accident.

What is the reason for the engine auto start-stop not being provided?

First, ensure that the auto start-stop function is not turned off. Then, the seat belt must be fastened, the air conditioning temperature should not be set to the lowest, and the coolant temperature should not be too low. Below is an introduction to the auto start-stop system: 1. Auto Start-Stop: The engine auto start-stop automatically shuts off the engine when the vehicle comes to a temporary stop (e.g., at a red light). When it's time to move again, the system automatically restarts the engine. 2. Auto Hold: Auto Hold refers to an automatic braking function. Once activated, for example, when stopping at a red light, it eliminates the need to use the handbrake or electronic parking brake, simplifying operations. For automatic transmission models, it also avoids frequent shifting between D to N or D to P.

Does Illegal Parking Capture Result in Points Deduction?

Different illegal parking violations incur different penalties: 1. For ordinary illegal parking, a fine of 200 yuan is imposed without points deduction; 2. Parking in highway lanes or stopping in emergency lanes under non-emergency circumstances will result in 6 points deduction and a 200 yuan fine; 3. Parking at locations with no-parking signs or markings will incur a 100 yuan fine and 3 points deduction. Articles 93(1) and (2) of the Road Traffic Safety Law stipulate: 1. For violations of road traffic safety laws and regulations regarding motor vehicle parking or temporary stopping, the illegal act may be pointed out, followed by a verbal warning ordering immediate departure. 2. If the motor vehicle driver is not present or refuses to leave immediately despite being present, thereby obstructing the passage of other vehicles or pedestrians, a fine ranging from 20 to 200 yuan shall be imposed, and the vehicle may be towed to a location that does not obstruct traffic or to a place designated by the traffic management department of the public security authority.

How often does the Wuling double-row need to be inspected?

The Wuling double-row mini-truck requires an annual inspection within the first 10 years, and a semi-annual inspection after exceeding 10 years. Below is more information about vehicle annual inspections: 1. Introduction: Vehicle annual inspection refers to a mandatory test for all vehicles that have obtained official license plates and registration certificates, equivalent to an annual health check for the vehicle. 2. Purpose: Vehicle annual inspections can promptly eliminate potential safety hazards, encourage enhanced vehicle maintenance, and reduce the occurrence of traffic accidents. 3. Regulations: For passenger vehicles used for commercial purposes, inspections are required annually within the first 5 years, and every 6 months after exceeding 5 years; for small and micro non-commercial passenger vehicles, inspections are required every 2 years within the first 6 years, annually after exceeding 6 years, and every 6 months after exceeding 15 years.
