What is the normal engine temperature?

Engine temperature is generally considered normal at around 90 degrees. Normal temperature range: The normal operating temperature for an engine is 80-90°C. When the engine operates within this temperature range, the clearance between various components stays within the designed specifications, and the engine's thermal efficiency and overall performance are at their optimal state. Consequences of abnormal temperature: If the engine temperature is below 85°C, gasoline atomization becomes poor, lubricating oil flow is inadequate, the engine is prone to wear and poor performance. If the temperature exceeds 105°C, the engine is susceptible to overheating, and temperatures above 110°C may cause boiling. Both overcooling and overheating significantly impact the engine's service life.
