The difference lies in the bottom color changing from green to blue. For fuel-powered vehicle plates, the overall base color has also been changed to white, with a blue horizontal line at the bottom. 2. Numbers: To accommodate more vehicles, the new plates have been upgraded from 5 digits to 6 digits, in addition to the first two area codes.
