Driving school training hours will serve as the basis for applying for a driver's license. According to 58 Auto, candidates must complete the required training hours and content before being eligible to take the driver's license examination organized by the vehicle management department of public security authorities. Those who fail to meet the specified requirements will not be able to schedule exams for corresponding subjects. Additional information: Article 88, Paragraph 2 of Regulation No. 139 on the Application and Use of Motor Vehicle Driver's Licenses stipulates: 1. If an applicant engages in bribery or fraudulent behavior during the examination process, their qualification will be revoked, and any previously passed subject results will be invalidated; 2. The applicant will be prohibited from reapplying for a motor vehicle driver's license within one year.
I just got my driver's license not long ago, right in time for the new driving test regulations that took effect on August 1st. There have been quite a few changes. The question bank for Subject 1 no longer has a fixed number of questions, making it more flexible. Unlike before when you had to memorize everything, now it tests your understanding of actual driving rules, which reduced my preparation stress a lot. They also added a section on safe driving, emphasizing how to handle emergencies on the road, which is especially helpful for beginners. I recommend not delaying and signing up early to try the new system. After all, it makes learning easier and helps develop good habits, which is responsible for both yourself and others. I think the new regulations make the learning process more human-centered. Don’t just focus on test scores; road safety is what really matters.
