The most fuel-efficient tire pressure for the Audi Q5 is 2.3-2.5 bar. Strictly speaking, tire pressure refers to the air pressure inside the tire. Hazards of overinflated tires: Reduced tire friction and adhesion, affecting braking performance; causes steering wheel vibration and deviation, reducing driving comfort; accelerates wear on the central tread pattern, shortening tire lifespan; increases vehicle vibration, indirectly affecting the lifespan of other components; decreases puncture resistance. When encountering sharp objects like nails or glass on the road, they can easily penetrate the tire, causing internal cracks or blowouts. Hazards of underinflated tires: Increases friction with the road surface, leading to higher fuel consumption; makes the steering wheel heavy and prone to deviation, compromising driving safety; increases movement in various parts of the tire, causing excessive rolling and abnormal heat buildup; weakens the function of the cords and rubber, leading to delamination or cord breakage, and excessive friction with the rim, resulting in damage to the bead area and abnormal wear.

I've been driving an Audi Q5 for three years and have specifically tested the relationship between tire pressure and fuel consumption. The manufacturer's recommended tire pressure is indicated on the sticker on the door frame, generally between 2.3-2.5 bar. For the most fuel-efficient performance, I found that adding 0.2 bar to this baseline works best. For example, if the standard is 2.4 bar, inflate to 2.6 bar. When driving on highways, the tire deformation is reduced, and rolling resistance significantly decreases. I've tested this and found that a full tank of fuel can last over 30 kilometers more. However, never exceed 2.8 bar, as the center of the tire will wear out much faster, the ride over speed bumps becomes uncomfortably harsh, and wet-weather grip is compromised. It's best to adjust the pressure to 2.6 bar when the tires are cold and check it monthly.

How to deal with small dents on the car hood caused by stones?

There is no paint chipping, and it will not affect the performance, but it does affect the appearance slightly. It can be left untreated. If the paint is chipped and the primer is exposed, the hood will need to be repaired with sheet metal and then repainted.
