Open all windows and switch to external air circulation. There are three key points to note when using car air conditioning: 1. Above 28°C, people will feel stuffy, while below 14°C, they will feel cold. Therefore, the car temperature should be maintained between 18°C and 25°C, as excessively low temperatures can make people sick. 2. Avoid immediately switching to internal circulation when entering the car in summer: While it may seem like this would cool the car faster, the effect is poor because the interior temperature is higher than the outside temperature. Instead, open the windows for ventilation first, turn on external circulation to expel the hot air, and switch to internal circulation only after the temperature inside the car has dropped. 3. Avoid prolonged use of air conditioning: Extended use increases pressure on the condenser, which can damage the cooling system. The air conditioning places a heavy load on the engine, which itself generates heat. In hot weather, some small-displacement cars may even experience boiling coolant, reducing air conditioning efficiency.
When I first get in the car, I always open all four windows to ventilate and let the hot air out, which makes the air conditioning work more efficiently.
