What is the method to reboot the Touareg display screen?

Locate the "Authorization Management" in the "Security Center" on your phone and click it. The power button functions for turning the device on/off and adjusting volume. In the program, select the corresponding software, open it, choose to trust the software, then find "Traffic Monitoring," locate the traffic ranking, and check the box next to it. Generally, the central control screen switch is located below the volume adjustment button, which is the multimedia display screen power button. Press it to turn on the central control screen. Turning on and off usually involves holding down the volume button for about 4 seconds. If not, look for a symbol similar to the power button on common electronic devices.
I've encountered a situation where the Touareg's infotainment system froze. Simply press and hold both the menu button on the steering wheel and the volume knob simultaneously for ten seconds. When the screen goes completely black and reboots, it means the reset was successful. If long pressing doesn't work, you can also try getting out of the car, locking it, and waiting for fifteen minutes to let the system completely power down. Some people mention that pulling the fuse is another solution, but it's a bit troublesome as the fuse box is located behind the left panel of the driver's seat. If the system freezes frequently, it might be due to an incomplete system upgrade or module overheating. To reduce the chances of freezing during daily driving, avoid keeping the screen on continuously for too long. The steps may seem complicated, but it actually only takes about half a minute to perform.
There are actually two types of screen reboots: soft reboot and hard reboot. For a soft reboot, while driving, press and hold the menu button on the right side of the multifunction steering wheel along with the central console's round volume knob for ten seconds until the screen turns black. A hard reboot requires parking, turning off the engine, locking the car, and waiting ten minutes for the system to completely power down before restarting. Some newer Touareg models with touchscreens may also have a system reset option in the settings. Be careful not to use hard objects to poke the reset hole, as doing so on older models without a physical reset hole can crack the screen. This method also applies to other Volkswagen infotainment systems.
