Disconnect the power supply, adjust the seat position, and remove the fixing bolts one by one to separate the frame, sponge, and leather material. First, use the original model size to create a template, then cut the cowhide according to the template. Sew the cut leather material with a sewing machine. When sewing the leather, the workmanship should be meticulous, using special leather sewing thread with even stitches—neither too sparse nor too dense. After the cowhide seat cover is made, before installation, place a 12-15mm thick mesh-backed sponge under the seat cover, then put on the seat cover and install the clips. Reinstall the seat and the original car seat door panel. When reinstalling, avoid scratching the seat surface, and then clean and maintain the leather seat door panel.
