What is the method for DIY replacement of car tire valve stems?

Pass it through from inside the wheel hub, with the small end going through the inner side of the hub. Use pliers to pull it, as there is a circular groove at the back, allowing the base to snap onto the wheel's circumference. For installation, there's no need to remove the tire. Simply press down the tire to expose the valve seat, cut off the original valve seat, pull out the valve stem, and then you can replace it. Over time, the rubber of the valve stem may age, leading to air leakage. Driving with insufficient air can cause tire wear, so it's important to regularly check the valve stems.
