Car air conditioning evaporator box cleaning steps are as follows: 1. Remove the air filter and blower of the vehicle to be cleaned: Place a clean water basin under the air conditioning drain outlet at the bottom of the car to collect sewage. Adjust the endoscope camera elbow at the designated bending position on the cleaning machine to an appropriate angle to clearly understand the location and contamination status around the car's evaporator box. 2. Load the cleaning agent onto the cleaning gun: Bring the spray gun head close to the upper part of the evaporator box and evenly spray the cleaning agent onto the evaporator box. Replace the cleaning agent in the cleaning gun, and use the high-pressure spray force of the cleaning gun to form a fan-shaped spray, repeatedly flushing the evaporator box from top to bottom. 3. Repeatedly clean the evaporator box: Pour two 500ml bottles of clean water into the empty cleaning agent bottle, and repeatedly clean the evaporator box to remove residual cleaning agent. Finally, evenly spray a long-lasting antibacterial agent for car evaporator boxes onto the evaporator box until it is completely used up. 4. Drying and sterilization: After cleaning, first install the blower and start the car to dry the evaporator box; then use an atomizing antibacterial machine to perform atomized sterilization of the air conditioning ducts. With the car running, turn on the air conditioning internal circulation mode, set the air volume to the maximum, turn off the AC mode, and then start the atomized sterilization, closing the car doors; after about 4-5 minutes of duct atomized sterilization, remove the machine and open all four car doors for ventilation for about 15 minutes.
