50 years old is the maximum age limit for obtaining a B2 license. B2 license application requirements: According to the 'Regulations on the Application and Use of Motor Vehicle Driving Licenses', applicants for large truck driving licenses must be between 20 and 50 years old. Large vehicle drivers are required to have a height of at least 1.55 meters. Both eyes must have uncorrected or corrected visual acuity reaching 5.0 or above on the logarithmic visual acuity chart. No red-green color blindness is allowed; in terms of hearing, each ear must be able to distinguish the direction of sound sources at a distance of 50 centimeters from a tuning fork; upper limbs must have sound thumbs, and each hand must have at least three sound fingers, among other requirements. Notes for taking the B2 license test: The B2 license is for large trucks and is definitely more challenging to obtain than a C1 license for small cars. There is not much difference in the theoretical test, but during the reversing and yard training, one can feel that large vehicles are harder to control. However, having experience driving small cars can make learning to drive large vehicles relatively easier.
