There is no upper age limit for applying for a driver's license for small cars, small automatic transmission cars, or light motorcycles. However, for individuals aged 70 and above, additional tests for memory, judgment, and reaction abilities are required. They must also undergo an annual medical examination and submit the medical certificate. Age restrictions for C3 and C4 class driver's licenses: Motorcycle drivers must not exceed 70 years of age. Once reaching 70, the corresponding driving category will be revoked. Age restrictions for A and B class driver's licenses: Drivers must not exceed 60 years of age. Upon reaching 60, they must promptly downgrade their driving category to C1 or C2. Age restrictions for D and E class driver's licenses: Motorcycle drivers must not exceed 70 years of age.
