To start the GS8 with the remote key, first press the lock button, then press and hold the button with the arrow mark on the key. The GS8 key button instructions are as follows: Lock button: Press this button once within the effective range to lock all doors; if you keep pressing the button for 2 seconds after pressing it, the four-door windows will automatically close; if you keep pressing the button for 3 seconds after pressing it, the sunroof will automatically close. During the automatic closing of the windows or sunroof, releasing the button will stop the closing process. Unlock button: Press this button once within the effective range to unlock all doors; if you keep pressing the button for 2 seconds after pressing it, the four-door windows will automatically open; if you keep pressing the button for 3 seconds after pressing it, the sunroof will automatically open (applicable to certain models). During the automatic opening of the windows or sunroof, releasing the button will stop the opening process. Anti-theft alarm button: Press this button for more than 3 seconds to sound the anti-theft alarm, and the turn signals will flash for 30 seconds. Press the unlock button or anti-theft alarm button briefly to stop the anti-theft alarm. Trunk button: Within the effective range, press and hold (≥2 seconds) this button to unlock the hatchback door. For models equipped with an electric hatchback door, briefly press this button during the electric opening process to pause the hatchback door opening.
