The Huansu S7 is a mid-size SUV with dimensions of 4800mm in length, 1850mm in width, and 1770mm in height, and a wheelbase of 2780mm. The Huansu S7 is equipped with a 1.5-liter turbocharged engine across all variants, delivering 150 horsepower and a maximum torque of 220 Nm. This engine reaches its peak power output at 5500 rpm and achieves maximum torque between 1800 and 4000 rpm. More details are as follows: 1. The engine features dual variable valve timing (DVVT) and multi-point fuel injection technology, with an aluminum cylinder head and cast iron cylinder block. It is paired with either a 6-speed manual transmission or an 8-speed automatic transmission. 2. The Huansu S7 uses a MacPherson strut independent suspension at the front and a multi-link independent suspension at the rear. The multi-link independent suspension is an evolution of the double-wishbone design, replacing the two wishbones with individual links. This setup enhances wheel contact with the road surface, thereby improving traction.

Our family switched to this Huansu S7 two years ago, and the seven-seater SUV's space is truly massive. The second row's sliding function is particularly practical. I mainly drive on provincial roads between the county and the city, and the 1.5T engine doesn't feel sluggish even when fully loaded. The most comfortable feature is the rear independent air conditioning, which keeps the elderly and children from feeling stuffy in summer. The soft-tuned suspension handles rough roads well without much bumpiness, though the fuel consumption is around 8L/100km. This year, I've noticed that original parts are indeed hard to find, but routine maintenance is still manageable.

I've repaired quite a few of these cars. The domestically produced mid-size SUV launched in 2017 is genuinely solid. Its front MacPherson and rear multi-link suspension structure uses more generous materials than its peers, with a rigid unibody construction. The 1.5T turbo engine with DVVT technology delivers 150 horsepower - not explosive but sufficient, paired with either a 6MT or 8AT transmission. It's quite decent to feature auto-hold and hill-start assist as standard, along with power-folding mirrors across all trims. Unfortunately, the manufacturer encountered operational issues and discontinued production, so parts now require waiting.

Families in need of a 7-seater should definitely check this out! The third row can comfortably accommodate adults, and the second-row seats feature adjustable backrest angles. Folding down the second and third rows transforms it into a spacious 2-meter bed. The mid-to-high trim levels come with a panoramic sunroof for excellent natural lighting, and the roof rack can support up to 50kg. We recommend the Automatic Flagship version—spending a few thousand more gets you tire pressure monitoring and cruise control. However, the built-in navigation isn't great, so using smartphone mirroring is advised.
