What is the function of the Jetta sensor?

Jetta sensors play a role in detecting vehicle conditions. The working principle of Jetta vehicle sensors is to convert various operating condition information during vehicle operation, such as speed, temperature of various media, engine operating conditions, etc., into electrical signals and transmit them to the computer, so that the engine can be in the optimal working state. The detection method of the camshaft position sensor is as follows: 1. Unplug the connector, turn the key to the second gear, and use a voltmeter to measure and confirm that the power line has voltage output; 2. Use the meter to determine the ground wire, connect one probe of the voltmeter to the confirmed power line, and connect the other probe to the other two wires to measure the one with voltage as the ground wire, and the remaining one is the signal wire; 3. At this time, turn off the key to lead out the signal wire, plug back the connector to start the engine, and measure the signal wire and the ground wire to see if there is a signal voltage output. The output voltage should be less than the supply voltage. If not, the sensor is damaged; 4. At the same time as the above steps, check whether the signal teeth on the camshaft are in good condition, whether there is any debris between the camshaft sensor and the signal teeth, and whether the gap is normal.
