What is the function of the engine exhaust gas valve?

The function of the engine exhaust gas valve is to enable exhaust gas recirculation: 1. The engine control computer opens the solenoid valve at the appropriate time based on the engine's speed, load throttle opening, temperature, intake flow, and exhaust temperature; 2. Air from the intake pipe enters the EGR valve vacuum diaphragm chamber through the solenoid valve, and the diaphragm rod opens the EGR valve, allowing a small portion of the exhaust gas to enter the intake system through the EGR valve, where it mixes with the air-fuel mixture and enters the cylinder for combustion; 3. Excessive exhaust gas participating in recirculation will affect the ignition and performance of the air-fuel mixture, thereby affecting the engine's power, especially during idle, low speed, small load, and cold engine conditions, where the recirculated exhaust gas can significantly impact engine performance.
