The function of an automobile evaporator is to transform the refrigerant from a liquid state into a gaseous state, absorbing a significant amount of heat from the surroundings in the process. The resulting low-temperature, low-pressure refrigerant vapor then re-enters the compressor. This cyclic process achieves the goal of cooling, providing a comfortable environment for passengers during summer, reducing driver fatigue, and enhancing driving safety. The automobile evaporator serves as the radiator device for both the car engine and the air conditioning system. Inside the automobile evaporator, there are two key components: a heater core and an evaporator coil. When the water in the car's radiator heats up, it flows into the heater core, and the air blown by the fan becomes warm. When the air conditioning is turned on, the heater core stops receiving water, and the air conditioning system starts operating. The compressor then forces the refrigerant into the evaporator coil, producing cold air.
