What is the function of a motorcycle oil filter?
1 Answers
The main function is to control the air-fuel ratio, intercept most debris, increase power during driving, and promote gasoline combustion. Filter classification: There are two types of filters. One is an air filter, which removes dust, impurities, and moisture from the air. The other is an oil filter, which removes iron filings and impurities from the oil. Filter cleaning: The fuel filter has a small cup at the bottom left of the fuel tank, containing a small filter screen. The air filter is located in the middle left of the vehicle; removing the left cover reveals a sponge sleeve. The oil filter is located at the upper right of the oil tank, where there is a semi-protruding circle. Removing three screws and taking off the cover reveals a spring and a thumb-sized filter screen. The oil filter screen can be removed and cleaned during each oil change.
