The function of a fuel tank pressure sensor is to convert the pressure of the fuel into an electrical signal and transmit it to a display instrument or signal acquisition device. The fuel tank pressure sensor is a commonly used pressure transmitter in industrial practice, widely applied in various industrial automation environments. It is involved in numerous industries such as petroleum pipelines, water conservancy and hydropower, railway transportation, intelligent buildings, production automation, aerospace, military industry, oil wells, power generation, ships, machine tools, pipeline ventilation, and boiler negative pressure. The working principle of the fuel tank pressure sensor is that the pressure acts directly on the diaphragm of the sensor, causing the diaphragm to produce a micro-displacement proportional to the medium pressure, which changes the resistance of the sensor. This change is detected by electronic circuits, and a standard signal corresponding to this pressure is converted and output.
