The fuel tank capacity of the Mondeo Zhisheng is 70 liters. Below are the maintenance methods for the fuel tank: Cleaning the fuel tank: Gasoline contains impurities. If the fuel tank is not cleaned for a long time, a large amount of sediment will accumulate inside. Over time, this can affect the vehicle's performance. Refuel promptly: If there is little fuel in the tank, sediment can easily clog the fuel lines, leading to poor fuel supply or even a complete inability to supply fuel. Fuel tanks typically have insulation and waterproofing functions: The engine fuel tank is equipped with exhaust ports and fuel lines. If the fuel lines become blocked, it can create high pressure in the fuel tank, causing the vehicle to shake or even leading to fuel tank cracks and leaks. Therefore, it is necessary to regularly clean the fuel lines or replace the filter.

My old Mondeo Zhisheng has a fuel tank capacity of exactly 70 liters. Each time I fill up until the pump automatically stops, it usually takes around 65 liters. This car's fuel tank is considered large in its class, making highway driving particularly worry-free - a full tank can cover over 800 kilometers. Just a reminder: the capacity marked on the fuel cap is the safe capacity. When filling until automatic pump shut-off, there's typically about 5 liters less than the marked capacity - that's the reserved space for fuel vapor, which is normal design, so don't try to force more fuel in. I'd recommend not waiting until the fuel warning light comes on every time before refueling, as it's not good for the fuel pump.

What Causes the Squeaking Sound in Motorcycle Shock Absorbers?

Motorcycle shock absorber noise is generally caused by severe wear of the rubber sleeve. Replace it with a new one or regularly add some lubricant. Related information: 1. The role of shock absorbers: Shock absorbers are mainly used to suppress the oscillation after the spring absorbs vibration and rebounds, as well as impacts from the road surface. When passing over uneven roads, although the vibration-absorbing spring can filter out road vibrations, the spring itself still has reciprocating motion, and the shock absorber is used to suppress this spring bouncing. If the shock absorber is too soft, the body will bounce up and down; if the shock absorber is too hard, it will create too much resistance, hindering the normal operation of the spring. 2. Matching of shock absorbers: In the process of modifying the suspension system, hard shock absorbers should be paired with hard springs, and the hardness of the spring is closely related to the weight of the vehicle. Therefore, heavier vehicles generally use harder shock absorbers. The device connected to the vibration-damping crankshaft is used to counteract the torsional vibration of the crankshaft (i.e., the phenomenon where the crankshaft twists due to the impact force of cylinder ignition).

What Causes the Wiper Blade to Shake on a New Car?

New car wiper blades shaking during use is primarily due to the high friction coefficient between the wiper blade and the glass surface. This can be categorized into the following scenarios: 1. Uneven contact between the wiper blade and the glass: Some parts of the rubber blade are pressed too hard against the surface while others receive minimal pressure, leading to uneven force distribution during wiper movement and resulting in shaking at certain points. 2. Dirt or foreign objects on the wiper blade or glass surface: When the wiper passes over these areas, resistance increases significantly, causing shaking. 3. Deformed wiper arm: If the wiper arm is bent and not perfectly parallel to the windshield, it will cause shaking.

Which Side is the First Cylinder of the Engine Counted From?

The standard method for determining the first cylinder of an engine is based on the pulley side as the first cylinder. Common cylinder counts for automobile engines include 3, 4, 5, 6, 8, 10, and 12 cylinders. With the same cylinder bore, more cylinders result in larger displacement and higher power output. Conversely, with the same displacement, more cylinders allow for a smaller bore, enabling higher rotational speeds and thus greater power enhancement. Cylinder: A cylinder is the cavity in the engine block where the piston is housed, serving as the track for piston movement. It consists of the cylinder barrel, end covers, piston, piston rod, and seals. Combustion and expansion of fuel occur within the cylinder, enabling the engine to function properly. If the cylinder volume is too large, the piston weight increases, combustion efficiency decreases, ultimately affecting the smooth output of the cylinder. Since a single-cylinder engine ignites only once every two rotations of the crankshaft, operation is very uneven. Later, by increasing the number of cylinders, small amounts of fuel are burned sequentially, making operation smoother. Automobile Engine Principle: This allows the pistons to become smaller and movement more convenient, making the engine's rotation more flexible. However, to increase rotational speed, more power is needed, but due to the need to balance durability and efficiency, the upper limit of rotation cannot be changed. In summary, increasing the number of cylinders makes the engine operation more flexible and reduces noise.

What is the appropriate speed for a new car on the highway?

During the break-in period, it is advisable to drive a new car at around 80 km/h on the highway. Below is relevant information about driving on the highway: 1. Introduction to highways: Highways refer to high speeds, compared to medium and low speeds. In environments where low speeds are predominant, low speed is considered normal or standard, while in environments where medium speeds are predominant, medium speed is considered normal or standard. 2. Precautions before driving on the highway: Check the weather and road conditions, conduct a safety inspection of the vehicle, study the driving route in advance, carry a vehicle breakdown warning sign and a fire extinguisher, and plan the driving and rest schedule beforehand.

What are the effects of a new car's engine speed exceeding 5000 RPM?

There is no impact. During factory production, engines undergo high-load testing. At 5000 RPM, the average piston speed is significantly lower than 80 feet per second, which falls within the safe speed range. Below is relevant information about engine speed: 1. Overview: The engine speed determines the number of work cycles per unit time or the effective power output of the engine, meaning the engine's effective power varies with different speeds. Therefore, when specifying the engine's effective power, the corresponding speed must also be indicated. 2. Speed measurement: Typically, a speed sensor is used, corresponding to the signal teeth on the flywheel, to measure the engine's speed.

Does a new car come with water damage insurance?

Not included. Below is relevant information about water damage insurance: 1. Insurance Type: Water damage insurance is an additional coverage, and additional insurance for motor vehicles is an important component of motor vehicle insurance. Motor vehicle insurance mainly includes additional theft insurance, additional spontaneous combustion loss insurance, additional water driving loss insurance, additional newly added equipment loss insurance, additional no-deductible special insurance, additional driver accidental injury insurance, additional designated repair insurance, etc. Insurance customers can choose to add coverage according to their needs. 2. Precautions: When a vehicle stalls due to water while driving, the probability of engine damage is 50%; however, if the engine is restarted after stalling, the engine will definitely be damaged. Insurance companies will not compensate for engine damage caused by forced ignition.
