How to Fix the Unclosable Sunroof on Baojun 730?

If you suddenly encounter a situation where the sunroof doesn't close properly during normal use, you can first tilt the rear part of the sunroof upward. After tilting, hold down the switch continuously for about 1 minute. The sunroof will then tilt up a bit more. Try closing the sunroof again, and it should fully close after a while. Here are some relevant details: 1. The sliding mechanism of the sunroof is track-based. Typically, after some time of use (3-6 months), dust and sand particles accumulate on the contact surfaces and gaps of the tracks. If not cleaned periodically, squeaking sounds will naturally occur. Owners can use cotton cloth or gauze to wipe the track surfaces. After cleaning, apply a small amount of grease to the tracks. 2. It's important to note that the sunroof system includes many rubber and plastic components. These materials should not come into contact with oil or sticky substances, as they can cause corrosion. To clean rubber and plastic parts, simply use a clean cotton cloth. After cleaning, you can apply a small amount of talcum powder for protection. The sunroof should be used frequently to prevent squeaking noises.

How to Handle the Steel Ball of the Cruze Check Valve Falling into the Oil Passage?

When the steel ball of the Cruze check valve falls into the oil passage, remove the fuel tank bottom cover and use an air gun to blow the oil passage to retrieve the steel ball. Below is relevant information about the check valve: 1. A check valve, also known as a non-return valve or one-way valve, is used in hydraulic systems to prevent reverse flow of oil or in pneumatic systems to prevent reverse flow of compressed air. 2. There are two types of check valves: straight-through and right-angle. The straight-through check valve is installed on pipelines with threaded connections, which come in three forms: threaded, plate, and flange connections. The hydraulic control check valve, also called a locking valve or pressure-holding valve, functions similarly to a check valve in preventing reverse oil flow. However, in hydraulic circuits requiring reverse oil flow, the control oil pressure can be used to open the check valve, allowing oil to flow in both directions. The hydraulic control check valve uses a conical valve core, ensuring excellent sealing performance. 3. When installing a check valve, pay attention to the medium flow direction to ensure it aligns with the arrow indicated on the valve body. Otherwise, it will block the normal flow of the medium.

What are the reasons why the Malibu car door cannot be opened?

The reasons and solutions for the Malibu car door not opening are as follows: 1. The door cannot be opened due to extreme cold in winter. In northern regions, winter temperatures are very low, often below freezing. After washing the car, residual water can accumulate in the door handle, lock, and door frame gaps. The low temperature causes the water to freeze, locking the door and making it impossible to open in the morning. Solution: Pour warm water over the frozen door area to quickly melt the ice. Alternatively, wait until noon when the sun raises the temperature, and the door can then be opened. 2. Rear passengers cannot open the door when getting out, which is usually caused by the child lock. Solution: Simply turn off the child lock function. 3. Remote control failure. Generally, there are several reasons why the remote control cannot open the door: (1) The button response is not sensitive; (2) The battery is low; (3) Environmental factors, such as strong signal interference or shielding; (4) The anti-theft system malfunctions; (5) The remote control needs to be re-matched and encrypted. Solution: If the remote control cannot open the door, don’t panic—you can always use the key to unlock it manually.

Does Fast Charging Harm New Energy Vehicle Batteries?

There is no harm to the battery. Whether it's fast charging or slow charging, neither has any impact on new energy vehicle batteries. Fast Charging (DC Fast Charging) Fast charging, also known as emergency charging, primarily involves charging stations' charging piles delivering high-voltage direct current directly to the new energy vehicle's power battery through the DC charging port. Fast charging provides charging services within a short period of 20 minutes to 2 hours by supplying a large direct current, typically ranging from 150 to 400A. DC charging piles, commonly referred to as 'fast chargers,' are fixed installations outside new energy vehicles. They use three-phase four-wire AC380V±15% at 50Hz, converting AC to DC through rectification and then adjusting voltage and current output via a DC/DC converter. This setup delivers sufficient power to meet fast charging requirements, as illustrated in Figure 1. Figure 1: DC Charging Pile for Fast Charging (DC Fast Charging) (2) Slow Charging (AC Slow Charging) Slow charging, also known as conventional charging, mainly involves using household power plugs or AC charging piles connected to the AC charging port. The onboard charger then converts 220V AC to 380V DC to charge the power battery. Slow charging typically employs constant voltage or constant current charging with a small current, usually taking 5 to 8 hours, or even 10 to 20 hours. AC charging piles, commonly called 'slow chargers,' only provide power output without charging functionality. They need to be connected to the onboard charger to charge new energy vehicles, essentially acting as a power control device. Due to the generally limited power of onboard chargers, only slow charging is possible. The method of charging via AC charging piles is shown in Figure 2. Figure 2: AC Charging Pile for Slow Charging (AC Slow Charging) (3) Differences Between Fast and Slow Charging Fast charging has the following pros and cons: large charging current, short charging time (30 minutes to 3 hours), suitable for emergency charging; it may reduce the power battery's lifespan, cannot utilize off-peak electricity, and has higher charging costs; charging stations are more expensive.
