What is the flash point of China VI diesel?
1 Answers
Under normal circumstances, the flash point of diesel is ≥55 degrees Celsius. Flash point indicator: The flash point is an indicator of diesel evaporation and safety performance. If the flash point is too low, it means that a small amount of light oil is mixed in the diesel, which will cause the engine to work roughly and pose significant safety hazards for diesel storage, transportation, use, and safety after traffic accidents. Therefore, the national standard strictly stipulates that the flash point value should be ≥55 degrees Celsius. Parameter introduction: Product differences are significant, and the parameters provided by the supplier shall prevail. Generally, it is considered that the flash point of light diesel and heavy diesel is 45~120 degrees Celsius, classified as Class III combustible liquids, but some heavy diesel has a flash point ≥120 degrees Celsius, classified as Class IV combustible liquids. The auto-ignition temperature of light diesel is 350~380 degrees Celsius, and that of heavy diesel is 300~350 degrees Celsius.
