What is the equivalent of Euro III in China's emission standards?

Euro III is equivalent to China's National III emission standard, but Euro III emissions are more stringent than National III. In the Euro III emission standard, the limits for hydrocarbons, carbon monoxide, nitrogen oxides, and particulate matter in commercial vehicle exhaust are 0.66%, 2.1%, 5%, and 0.1%, respectively. The European standards are implemented through the emission regulations of the United Nations Economic Commission for Europe (ECE) and the current EU emission directives. The National III standard is China's third-stage vehicle emission standard, equivalent to the Euro III emission standard, meaning the content of exhaust pollutants is similar to Euro III. The difference is that new vehicles must be equipped with an OBD, or On-Board Diagnostics system.
