Tires with deeper and more numerous tread patterns on the market also tend to have superior water drainage. Difference in grip: When a car is driven by the engine's power, the tires exert friction on the ground, which generates a reaction force that propels the car forward. This is the principle of how a car moves, and this friction is essentially the grip. Many factors affect grip, and the tire is one of the most important. The larger the contact area between the tire and the ground, the greater the grip. Compared to four-groove tires, three-groove tires have a larger contact area with the ground.
