What is the difference between the S gear and D gear in Lavida?

Difference lies in modes, fuel consumption, and gear shifting time. Different modes: D gear is the abbreviation of Drive, which is the forward gear, allowing the driver to control the forward acceleration gear. S gear refers to Sport (sports mode), in this mode, the transmission can shift gears freely, but the shifting will be delayed, keeping the engine at high speed for a longer time to instantly output greater horsepower. Simply put, the S gear squeezes the potential of the car by changing the engine speed and fuel injection volume. Different fuel consumption: S gear consumes more fuel than D gear, with greater load on the transmission and engine, and reduced ride comfort. Normally, D gear is sufficient for driving. If you pursue power, you can switch to S gear, but the fuel consumption will be higher. Different gear shifting time: Compared with D gear, the S gear will shift up later when stepping on the accelerator; compared with D gear, the S gear will shift down more actively; the lower gear has a larger transmission ratio, and delaying the upshift will improve the car's power performance.
