Seeing the corner early when reversing into the right parking space means the car body is tilted to the left, while seeing the corner late means the car body is tilted to the right. However, both situations will result in the car failing to reverse into the space. How to determine if it's early or late: Observe the distance between the car body and the parking corner in the right rearview mirror. If you find that continuing to reverse with the current steering direction will prevent the right rear wheel from entering the parking space, it means the steering was turned too early. If you notice that when the right rear wheel is almost near the parking corner, the distance between the car body and the parking corner is far more than 30cm, it means the steering was turned too late. Remedial methods: Keep the steering wheel turned fully to the right to enter the parking space. When the car body is parallel to the parking line, continue to keep the steering wheel fully turned to the right without straightening it. Let the car body enter the parking space at an angle, which will create distance between the car and the left boundary line. At this point, pay attention to the timing of straightening the steering wheel. Once sufficient distance is created, turn the steering wheel slightly to the left to straighten the car body. Generally, if the steering was not turned too late, the distance created doesn't need to be too large.
