What is the correct procedure for Quick Settlement and Easy Compensation?

The parties involved should independently upload and confirm vehicle and driver's license information, and take photos to upload on-site information. The parties involved should negotiate and determine liability on their own. In case of disputes over accident liability, they can apply for remote guidance from traffic police. If the guidance is not accepted, they can call the police and wait for a traffic police officer to handle the matter over the phone or on-site. For cases where the parties involved negotiate and agree on the liability determination results, an electronic version of the agreement will be generated immediately. The insurance company will proactively call the parties involved within 5 to 10 minutes to guide them through the insurance claim reporting, damage assessment, and other related matters. If a traffic accident occurs and meets the criteria for Quick Settlement and Easy Compensation, the parties involved should immediately report the incident to their respective insurance companies, take photos to preserve relevant evidence (the photos should show the accident location and license plate numbers), and leave the scene within 5 minutes. Then, both parties should go together to the Quick Settlement and Easy Compensation Center for liability determination, damage assessment, and claims processing.
