What is the Chinese name for the new Volkswagen Arteon?

The new Volkswagen Arteon does not have a Chinese name; it is known as the Volkswagen CC in the domestic market. The Volkswagen CC is equipped with two types of engines: a low-power version of the 2.0-liter turbocharged engine and a high-power version of the 2.0-liter turbocharged engine. The low-power version has a maximum power of 137 kW and a maximum torque of 320 Nm, while the high-power version has a maximum power of 162 kW and a maximum torque of 350 Nm. In terms of suspension, the Volkswagen CC features a MacPherson independent front suspension and a multi-link independent rear suspension. Regarding body dimensions, the Volkswagen CC measures 4862 mm in length, 1870 mm in width, and 1447 mm in height, with a wheelbase of 2841 mm.
The all-new Volkswagen Arteon is named Volkswagen CC in the Chinese market. In fact, many people don't know that Arteon is the name of the overseas version. After being imported into China, it directly inherited the classic model name CC, serving as the successor to the previous generation CC. I just checked the official information, and the reason Volkswagen insists on using the CC name is that it has built over a decade of reputation in China. Consumers immediately recognize CC as the frameless-door coupe. The new CC retains classic design elements like the fastback shape and large-sized wheels, but the wheelbase has been extended by 50mm, making the rear seating more practical. It still features the familiar 2.0T engine paired with a 7-speed dual-clutch transmission, tuned to be sportier than the Magotan.
