The original battery model for the Southeast V3 Lingyue is W60YD, with a capacity of 60 ampere-hours. The original factory battery of the Southeast V3 Lingyue is from the Varta brand, which is a maintenance-free type of battery. Varta was established in 1888 in Hagen, Germany, and is the most famous European automotive battery brand under Johnson Controls. The lifespan of a battery generally does not exceed 5 years, and those over two and a half years old require regular inspection. Car batteries have a certain service life, and if not replaced after prolonged use, they may run out of power. The condition of the car battery can be judged by observing the color inside the battery: green indicates normal, black indicates low battery voltage, and if it is white, it means the battery has reached the end of its service life and needs to be replaced. Due to the structural advantages of the maintenance-free battery in the V3 Lingyue, the consumption of electrolyte is very low, and it basically does not require the addition of distilled water during its service life. It also features resistance to vibration, high temperature, small size, and low self-discharge. The service life is generally twice that of ordinary batteries.
