Jetour car key uses CR2032 battery. CR2016 battery: Widely used in car key remotes with high frequency. This type of battery has a voltage of 3V. Generally, car key batteries operate on 9V power supply, so all three batteries need to be replaced at the same time. Commonly used in models from brands like Honda, Toyota, Volkswagen, Mazda, etc. CR2016 specifications: battery diameter of 20mm, thickness of 1.6mm. CR2025 battery: Its usage rate is much lower than CR2016. It's thicker than the 2016 model but has relatively higher power storage. CR2025 specifications: battery diameter of 20mm, thickness of 2.5mm, commonly found in audio remote controls. CR2032 battery: Also with 3V voltage, but its capacity reaches around 200mah, making its thickness twice that of CR2016.
I just replaced the battery in my Jetour key a couple of days ago. The battery model is CR2032 button cell, which can be easily purchased at supermarkets or online. This battery model is commonly used in many vehicles, for example, a standard Panasonic CR2032 only costs a few dollars. The replacement process is simple: just push the small latch on the back of the key to open the cover. When removing the old battery, pay attention to the positive and negative polarity. Insert the new battery with the shiny side facing up, and it will click into place. The whole replacement process takes no tools and can be done in three minutes. When I replaced it, I noticed the battery model CR2032 clearly engraved next to the battery compartment. Make sure not to buy the wrong model, as installing it backwards can damage the circuit.
