The 0-100 km/h acceleration time of the Changan CS35 is 12.89 seconds. The 0-100 km/h acceleration time refers to the time it takes for a vehicle to accelerate from 0 to 100 kilometers per hour, which is an intuitive reflection of the car's power. The Changan CS35 is a compact SUV under the Changan brand, with dimensions of 4170 mm in length, 1810 mm in width, and 1670 mm in height, and a wheelbase of 2560 mm. The Changan CS35 is equipped with a 1.6L naturally aspirated engine, delivering a maximum power of 92 kW and a maximum torque of 160 Nm. It is paired with a 5-speed manual transmission. The front suspension is of the MacPherson strut type, while the rear suspension features a torsion beam setup.

I specifically tested the Changan CS35, and the actual 0-100 km/h acceleration time for the 1.6L version is around 12 to 13 seconds. This performance isn't particularly fast, especially during initial acceleration where there's noticeable hesitation when you step on the throttle - you need to wait until the RPM exceeds 2,500 before it really gets going. Acceleration becomes even more sluggish with a full load or when the air conditioning is running. That said, it's perfectly adequate for daily commuting, and you can manage overtaking by revving the engine higher - the smooth coordination between the engine and transmission is a plus. For those seeking more spirited driving, I'd recommend considering the CS35Plus with the BlueCore 1.4T engine, which offers significantly quicker acceleration.

I previously drove my friend's CS35 and specifically paid attention to its acceleration performance. The throttle response in the initial stage is tuned to be relatively soft, requiring a deeper press to get moving. The 0 to 60 km/h range feels quite comfortable, but the acceleration becomes more subdued in the higher speed range. For a more spirited drive, I'd recommend using the manual mode—shifting at 3,000 to 4,000 RPM delivers more direct power. Starting from the front at traffic lights usually keeps you ahead of the pack, making it perfectly suitable for city driving. However, on the highway, acceleration tends to slow down noticeably once you exceed 100 km/h.

My experience driving the manual CS35 is that there are techniques to get it under 13 seconds. When starting, rev up to around 2500 RPM and release the clutch gently to avoid wheel spin. Shift to second gear once you hit 20 km/h, then to third when you reach just over 40 km/h. At this point, it takes about 5 seconds to reach 60 km/h, after which you need to hold the throttle steady for gradual acceleration. Turning on the AC in summer noticeably slows acceleration by about half a second. After three years of driving it, I find it perfectly adequate for city use, but don’t expect much in terms of thrilling acceleration.

What are the advantages and disadvantages of aluminum alloy car bodies?

Advantages and disadvantages of aluminum alloy car bodies are: 1. The advantages of aluminum alloy include light weight, strong oxidation resistance, and high plasticity. It can be cold-formed and processed, and slightly deformed frames can be easily restored to their original shape. 2. Aluminum alloy car bodies are more expensive. Compared to steel car bodies, aluminum alloy bodies are more brittle and difficult to repair through sheet metal and painting after collisions, resulting in very high maintenance costs. 3. Due to low hardness and poor wear resistance, parts are more prone to wear and tear. It is not suitable for frequently moving parts. 4. The excessive plasticity of aluminum alloy means it cannot provide better protection for occupants in the event of an accident.

What is the reason why the Focus does not move when reversing?

Here are the reasons why the Focus does not move when reversing: 1. The gear is not fully engaged: It may be because the gear is not actually engaged, or because the vehicle's handbrake is not released, or because the synchronizer in the transmission is stuck. First, check if the gear is fully engaged. If there are no operational issues, it may need to be inspected. 2. Fault issues: The problem could be due to a leak in the reverse gear oil circuit, a fault in the reverse gear and high gear clutch, or an issue with the brake. When encountering such problems, it is best to send the vehicle for inspection immediately to minimize damage to the transmission. Normally, when shifting into reverse gear, it is important to ensure the vehicle is completely stopped before engaging reverse gear, otherwise it can easily cause the vehicle to shake after shifting into reverse.

How Long Can You Drive When the Oil Warning Light Comes On?

When the oil warning light comes on, you can drive for a maximum of 60 kilometers. Insufficient engine oil can cause mechanical damage to the engine. In chain-driven engines, the timing chain is guided by rails, which are tensioned by hydraulic cylinders powered by pressurized oil. The pressure is proportional to the engine speed. There are three scenarios for oil pressure warnings: 1. The warning appears during engine startup and disappears shortly after normal startup. 2. High-temperature warning, where the alert does not appear during startup but occurs during normal or high-speed operation. 3. Continuous warning, where the alert persists from startup through operation. Oil pressure warnings are not only related to the quality of the lubricating oil but also closely tied to the engine's condition. Factors such as the car's age, mileage, clearance size, and the working condition of the oil pump and auxiliary systems must all be thoroughly inspected, analyzed, and evaluated.

How Long Can the Annual Vehicle Inspection Be Delayed?

Vehicle annual inspection can be done in advance but not postponed. If the inspection is overdue, the vehicle owner will be fined 200 yuan and receive 3 penalty points by the traffic police department. The consequences of overdue annual inspection are as follows: 1. The traffic police have the authority to impound the vehicle, impose fines, and deduct points. If an uninspected vehicle is found on the road, the traffic police department will temporarily seize the vehicle and, according to the "Road Traffic Safety Law of the People's Republic of China," impose a fine of up to 200 yuan and deduct 3 points from the driver's license. 2. Insurance will not cover accidents. Some people may skip the annual inspection to avoid paying vehicle and vessel tax or compulsory traffic insurance. According to the relevant provisions of the "Road Traffic Safety Law," if an uninspected vehicle is involved in a traffic accident, the insurance company has the right to refuse any compensation.
