Small oil refers to gasoline and diesel that are refined by unregulated refineries and sold through unofficial channels, collectively known as small oil. Main raw materials: The main raw materials for small oil include crude oil, heavy oil, waste engine oil, plastics, tires, and gutter oil. Common risks of using small oil: Insufficient octane rating, adequate freezing point but possibly inadequate cold filter plugging point, prone to wax formation; high content of unsaturated olefins and gum, likely to cause carbon deposits; high sulfur content, producing sulfides that corrode cylinder walls and valves; high heavy metal content, excessive urea consumption, and susceptibility to poisoning of the three-way catalyst; low cetane number, incomplete combustion, leading to engine knocking or even vibration.
