Four-point air suspension refers to the connection structure between the cab and the chassis frame, which relies on four specialized airbag shock absorber assemblies. Features of air suspension: Simple structure, similar to pure rubber suspension; Easy to adjust the ratio of axial to radial stiffness; Low static stiffness of the main spring; Good vibration isolation performance; Less prone to high-frequency dynamic hardening; Small design space requirement; Easy to control three-way limit design and manufacturing; Large partition design space, easy to achieve damping; Fail-safe design; Fewer components and low cost; Can utilize mature hydraulic engine suspension main spring with good fatigue performance; Engine connection bracket can be directly borrowed; Easy to seal, no need for liquid filling, and no risk of leakage. Four-point floating structure: The impact load and vibration energy transmitted from the chassis frame to the cab are buffered and attenuated by the shock absorber assembly. The stiffness and travel of the shock absorber assembly can be adjusted through design, enabling large displacement floating of the cab, as if the cab is suspended on the frame, also known as a fully floating air suspension system.
