What is ecovision tire?

Ecovision tires are produced by Federal Tire. Federal Tire (Jiangxi) Co., Ltd. is located in Nanchang, the capital of Jiangxi Province. Covering an area of over 300 acres with nearly 1,100 employees, it is the largest wholly foreign-owned enterprise in Nanchang, a key industrial enterprise in the city, and a major export-oriented company in Jiangxi Province. The company mainly develops UHP, SUV, LTR, and PCR tires. Federal Tire Corporation was established in 1954. From 1960-1979, it collaborated technically with Japan's Bridgestone Corporation, and from 1981-2000 with Japan's Sumitomo/Dunlop Rubber Corporation. These partnerships with two major tire manufacturers equipped Federal Tire with robust R&D capabilities, leading to its establishment. Federal Tire's overseas sales network expanded rapidly, reaching over 100 regional agents in more than 70 countries. In 1997, Federal Tire Corporation acquired 100% ownership of Jiangxi Rubber Factory, renaming it Jiangxi Federal Tire (JFT). Under Federal's leadership and management, JFT entered the commercial tire production phase. In 1999, it began mass-producing Hero brand tires, launching the 80 and 60 series first, followed by the 50/55 and 20/24 series, and also started producing Federal brand tires. For daily use of Federal tires, pay attention to the following points: Regularly inspect the tire surface for cracks, deformations, or other defects. Due to driving wear, the tread grooves gradually become shallower. If the tread is worn flat, it loses its drainage and anti-skid functions, significantly reducing the car's performance. Small cracks may pose hidden dangers of tire blowouts at high speeds. Additionally, promptly remove pebbles stuck in the grooves. Park on level ground whenever possible. Avoid parking on roads with thick, sharp, or pointed stones. Do not park near or in contact with petroleum products, acids, or other materials that may deteriorate rubber. After parking, avoid turning the steering wheel, as this accelerates tire wear. Do not splash water to cool down. In hot weather or during high-speed driving, tires are prone to overheating, and tire pressure increases. In such cases, stop to allow the tires to cool naturally. Never release air to reduce pressure or splash water to cool them, as this can cause abnormal aging of the tread rubber. Avoid sudden braking. Try to minimize frequent or hard braking to prevent accelerated tread wear caused by dragging between the tires and the ground.
I recently switched to Ecovision tires and the driving experience has been quite good. This brand focuses on eco-friendly concepts, designed to reduce rolling resistance and lower fuel consumption. After installing them on my family sedan, my urban commute fuel consumption dropped from 7L/100km to 6.7L/100km, saving me hundreds in fuel costs annually. The tire material uses recycled rubber and silica compounds, with good durability – after driving over 5,000 km, there's no noticeable wear. The installation technician mentioned its tread pattern is optimized for wet road grip. During the last heavy rain, the braking distance was shorter with significantly improved stability. In terms of noise, it's 2-3dB quieter than regular tires on highways, making in-car music clearer. The price is mid-to-high range, but it's environmentally friendly and cost-effective in the long run. I've compared other green tires, and Ecovision performs better in balancing performance. I'd recommend it for those who frequently drive in urban areas.
