Button A in the car is the Auto Hold system. Auto Hold refers to an automatic braking function. Advantages of Auto Hold: In situations requiring short stops such as traffic lights, the system automatically applies the brakes to prevent rolling after the vehicle comes to a complete stop; During uphill starts, the system automatically brakes to prevent backward sliding, and releases the wheels automatically when moving forward; No need to pull the handbrake when parking and locking, as the system automatically brakes the wheels (available only in certain models). Disadvantages of Auto Hold: If Auto Hold remains activated during reversing, it means the vehicle cannot be controlled to move slowly by lifting the brake pedal - improper throttle control may lead to accidents; Early Auto Hold systems had noticeable jerking when engaged.
Having driven for many years, I'm very familiar with the buttons in the car. This button with an 'A' is the automatic mode switch for the air conditioning, located on the central control panel's AC panel. Pressing it activates the automatic adjustment of fan speed, temperature, and air distribution mode, quickly bringing the cabin to your set temperature. Whether heating in winter or cooling in summer, there's no need for constant manual adjustments, making it especially suitable for long highway drives or traffic jams. Some cars can even automatically switch between internal and external air circulation. If the car feels stuffy when you first get in, just press the 'A' button and turn the temperature knob, and the system will automatically increase the fan speed to cool down, then reduce it once the temperature stabilizes. After using it for a while, you'll find this feature quite intelligent, often more fuel-efficient and comfortable than manual operation.
