What is audit in automobiles?
1 Answers
Audit in automobiles is a new quality inspection method. Significance of audit: It is a voluntary internal supervision behavior where enterprises simulate users to monitor their own product quality. It is applicable to all mass-produced products with stable quality. Currently, many large automobile manufacturers both domestically and internationally use AUDIT for internal supervision of their products. Connotation of the AUDIT method: Manufacturing enterprises conduct quality inspections and evaluations on products that have passed inspection, based on the perspective and requirements of users. They identify quality defects, assign responsibility, analyze the causes of defects, and take corrective measures to eliminate them, thereby gradually improving product quality. The AUDIT method determines the deduction points based on the severity of defects, with more points deducted indicating lower user satisfaction.
