C1 driver's license defines light and mini special purpose vehicles as those equipped with specialized devices or tools, designed and manufactured for specific engineering operations (including medical and health services). Examples of such vehicles: These include truck cranes, fire trucks, concrete pump trucks, tow trucks, aerial work platforms, road sweepers, suction trucks, drilling rig trucks, instrument trucks, inspection vehicles, monitoring vehicles, power supply trucks, communication vehicles, TV broadcast trucks, blood collection vehicles, medical vehicles, and mobile medical examination units. However, this category excludes vehicles equipped with specialized devices or tools that have seating capacity (including the driver's seat) exceeding 9 (except for fire trucks). Regulations for special purpose vehicles: The "Technical Specifications for Safety of Power-driven Vehicles Operating on Roads" stipulates that all trucks (excluding multi-purpose trucks) and special purpose vehicles (excluding fire trucks) must display the gross mass on both sides of the cab (for semi-trailer tractors, the maximum permissible towing mass). Additionally, flatbed trucks and dump trucks must display the height of the sideboards on both sides of the cab, while tanker trucks and tanker trailers (excluding tanker vehicles for dangerous goods transport) must display the tank volume and the types of cargo permitted for transport on both sides of the tank.
