Resonant Principle: During the intake process, due to the suction effect of the piston, a negative pressure wave formed at the entrance of the intake valve reaches the opening of the branch pipe. Upon encountering the boundary condition of the opening, it reflects back as a positive pressure wave with an opposite waveform, increasing the intake during the later stage of the cylinder's intake stroke. At the same time, a pressure wave reflected back from the branch pipe opening will also disturb the gas in the resonant tube. The negative pressure wave is transmitted to the upstream opening end through the resonant box and the main pipe, then reflected back.
