Replacing the cylinder head gasket: When removing cylinder head bolts to replace the gasket, it must be done after the engine has completely cooled down to prevent warping and deformation of the cylinder head. Tightening the cylinder head: Tighten the cylinder head bolts according to technical specifications. Starting from the center and symmetrically expanding outward in a cross pattern, tighten in 2 to 4 stages to the specified torque. For greater reliability, perform a final tightening when the engine is hot.
